Amazing territory, extra comfortable room and helpful personal.
I have really enjoyed the room, territory, and facilities. I would like to personally thank Ahmed (who worked in the Royal restaurant) for his help and organization of everything. Personal overall was helpful and respectful. Another thing to mention is that the territory has a lot of flowers which create an amazing and delightful smell all the time. Another thing: there is a shopping mall in walking distance (~600m) where you can find a lot of useful shops and just another ~100m and you will access a street with a lot of shops and restaurants.
* Personal tries to speak English, but when it goes beyond basic phrases you may require Google Translate from English to Arabic * The plumbing system has poor engineering. Sometimes, you have to wait for a few minutes to have hot water in your room, and sometimes, there is almost no water pressure. However, this is really minor, and you get used to it with time.

Disappointing
The crew was absolutely wonderful, and the service was excellent. I would like to specifically mention Ahmed from the Royal, who was extremely kind and professional, Abdullah from the beach, Chef Nabil, and the rest of the team—they were all amazing.
The food was very bad and lacked variety. The hotel is not designed for Arab guests, as it focuses entirely on catering to foreign visitors. The TV had only two Arabic channels—an unknown news channel and a sports channel—leaving nothing worth watching. The internet was extremely slow and not available throughout the entire room. While the room was tidied daily in a good manner, the minibar was not restocked. Every time, I had to call the reception to request a refill.

Room had a great view Gardens were well maintained
Food was atrocious Rooms were dated in need of an upgrade Huge resort with minimal staff - hence not good service. We were supposed to be Royal Guests and had paid a premium for our room, but there was no difference in service for the rest of the hotel guests. We ended up leaving after two nights for a different resort.

Outstanding staff in the Royal Lounge.
Outstanding staff in the Royal Lounge. Imperial Suite is huge with very comfortable bed. Staff will try very hard to meet your specific requests. Pay the extra for Royal Concept
Some things did not work in the room but staff worked hard to rectify. Let down by limousine service at the end but hotel has taken measures to fix.
